What if this moment isn't a sign of failure, but a doorway to living in alignment with who you truly are?

Where you might be

If This Feels Familiar

You wake up to a life that looks good on paper. Achievement has been your compass. You've navigated demanding paths: law, medicine, business, healthcare, education, leadership, policy, social impact. All with capability and quiet inner longing.

But something has shifted. The strategies that once helped you succeed are now asking to evolve.

It doesn't require knowing all the answers. It requires someone who understands and will meet you exactly where you are.

You're navigating one or more of these experiences right now:

  • Questioning who you are beyond your titles and achievements
  • Experiencing burnout, numbness, or emotional exhaustion despite external success
  • Feeling isolated or struggling to find authentic connection
  • Perfectionism and self-criticism that's become your constant companion
  • Knowing there's something more meaningful waiting, but not sure how to access it

My clients are people who have mastered the external game but sense there's something deeper waiting to be lived. The disconnect is real. The exhaustion is real. And the longing for something more is real.

That's not a sign something is wrong with you. It's a sign something is asking to evolve.

About Taini

Taini Adhikary crossing a bamboo footbridge in a forest
A life lived across cultures: Bangladesh, Taiwan, Toronto, and California.

Many of the individuals I work with are deeply driven people who want their lives and work to contribute to something larger than themselves. When their outer life no longer reflects their inner truth, that's when they reach out.

My unique background weaves together psychology, trauma-informed coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and Jungian-informed depth work shaped by over a decade in high-pressure professional environments and a life lived across cultures, including Bangladesh, Taiwan, Toronto, and California.

As an attorney who has worked in high-pressure legal systems, I understand achievement-driven systems from the inside. I know what it means to perform well while quietly questioning whether the path still fits.

I am especially attuned to:

  • First-generation professionals
  • Cross-cultural individuals
  • High-achievers navigating identity transitions
  • Individuals from marginalized or underrepresented backgrounds
  • Those who learned to be strong and capable while carrying invisible expectations

What Coaching Is (and Isn't)

Coaching Is:

  • A confidential space for clarity and growth
  • Forward-focused and strengths-based
  • Collaborative and thoughtfully paced

Coaching Is Not:

  • Therapy or crisis intervention
  • Medical, legal, or mental health treatment
  • Advice-giving or fixing

We may explore emotions and past experiences when relevant, while remaining rooted in coaching to support awareness, choice, and aligned action.

What Clients Say

Taini is an absolute gem! I have been working with her for the past year, and I can honestly say that she has changed my life. She holds space with so much compassion, stays present with big emotions, offers profound insights, and gently guides toward solutions. It's rare to find a coach that is so skilled and inspiring, without being a drill sergeant. If you are thinking about working with Taini, please stop whatever you're doing and go for it. You'll be glad you did!
